San Juan Artificial Grass Installation provides artificial grass installation and related services in San Juan, TX and surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to: artificial turf installation, pet-friendly turf, residential and commercial turf installation, putting green turf, turf for playgrounds and landscaping, sports turf supply, turf maintenance, and drought-tolerant and synthetic lawn solutions. All services are subject to availability and are provided on an as-agreed basis following a written estimate.
Free estimates provided by San Juan Artificial Grass Installation are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are based on the conditions observed at the time of the on-site visit. Final pricing may be adjusted if:
Any changes to the original estimate will be communicated to the customer in writing before additional work is performed.
Scheduling is subject to crew and material availability. Once a project start date is confirmed, the customer is responsible for ensuring the work area is accessible on that date (gates unlocked, furniture moved, irrigation systems noted).
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by calling (956) 264-1739 or emailing team@sanjuanartificialgrass.com. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled start may result in a rescheduling fee as stated in your written agreement.
Payment terms are outlined in the written agreement provided with each project estimate. A deposit may be required before materials are ordered or work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing. Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee as stated in your agreement. San Juan Artificial Grass Installation accepts payment methods as described in the written agreement for each project.
San Juan Artificial Grass Installation stands behind its work. Warranty terms specific to each project - covering both labor and materials - are included in the written project agreement. General warranty provisions include:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, San Juan Artificial Grass Installation's total liability to any customer for any claim arising from services rendered or use of this Site shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim. In no event shall San Juan Artificial Grass Installation be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
